Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Embroidery Orders

  • Orders that include custom embroidery require additional production time.
  • Please allow an additional 1–2 weeks beyond the standard processing time for embroidered items. This extended turnaround begins after the original processing period and is necessary to complete your custom order.

Free Shipping

  • We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $125 or more (before taxes and after discounts, if applicable).

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of UPS or USPS, Hamner Hill is no longer responsible for the package.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) directly to file a claim or request assistance.
  • Hamner Hill is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
