Exchange Only: We accept exchanges only; refunds or returns for store credit are not offered.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all exchanges and store credit. Hamner Hill will only cover shipping costs for incorrect or damaged merchandise received.

Processing Exchange: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued. Store credit is processed on the Friday of the week in which the package is received.

Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We cannot accept items that appear worn or washed.

Quality Assurance: We take pride in our product quality. Please verify your sizing and order details before finalizing your purchase.

Reporting Issues: If you receive an item with incorrect sizing, missing pieces, or defects, please email customerservice@hamnerhill.com within 5 business days of receipt. Include clear photos and a description of the issue to expedite resolution.

Return Window: Reported items must be returned within 7 business days to be eligible for an exchange. After this period, items will no longer qualify for exchange.

Prepaid Label: A prepaid shipping label will be provided exclusively for returns due to defects or incorrect sizing.

Sale Items: Merchandise purchased through the sale tab is considered final sale.

No Exchanges: Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Purchase Confirmation: Ensure that you are completely satisfied with your selection before finalizing any purchase of sale items.

Estimated Delivery: Pre-purchase merchandise includes estimated shipping times listed on each product page.

Production Times: Production times are outside of Hamner Hill’s control once an order is placed. The estimated dates are guidelines only and may be subject to unforeseen delays.
