Return Policy

At Hamner Hill, we appreciate your business and want you to love your purchase. Please review our return policy below before placing your order.

Returns & Store Credit

  • Hamner Hill does not offer refunds. All eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.
  • If you are not satisfied with an item, you must contact us and ship the item back within 7 business days of receiving your order to qualify for store credit.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when returning items for store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you choose to use your store credit to purchase a replacement item, the shipping cost for the new order is also the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing merchandise or contains incorrect quantities, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your package.
  • If the error was made by Hamner Hill, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and ship the correct merchandise at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Errors

  • Hamner Hill will only cover return shipping and replacement shipping costs when the error was caused by our team.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs for items returned due to incorrect sizing purchased, change of mind, or other customer preferences.
